Ingredients: Three or four handfuls of breadcrumbs |

Method: Put your oven on medium Grease a pie dish. |

Crush the nuts, finely slice the garlic and thyme and mix them together with the breadcrumbs and the olive oil to make a stiff paste, line the pie dish and bake for 25 – 30 mins or until a gentle brown colour. Take it from the oven and allow to cool. |

Meantime mix the tahini, the sliced tomatoes, the olives and the finely sliced chilli together. Lightly mash the avocados into the mix. Turn the avocado mixture into the pie and decorate with the raspberries, yummy! |
